Penultimate Post

Well its here. The final copy of Magnus Opiums title sequence, with the first few seconds of the first scene. However before you watch it I would like too share with you some facts.

  • In total we took 7000 photos.
  • We used 1500 in the 2 minuets of the sequence.
  • It took 3 weeks to edit the photos with the Chalk n' Charcoal effect.
  • In total we spent a damn long time on this project.

So here is what you have been waiting for, (unless you watched it before reading this.)

P.S Dont forget your reading glasses as my next post will be my evaluation.

Yay, Done Again

Just finished doing the final edit of the opening sequence with the extended first scene and it looks great :) Gerry said he will put it on you tube when he has a chance tomorrow but in the meantime he has uploaded the sequence without the first scene which you can see here. :)

The Edit x2

Yestersay I edited the the footage I filmed on sunday so that the opening sequence can flow into the first few seconds of the first scene. All I need now is for Gerry to find the opening sequence on one of the hard drives so that I can add the first scene fotage too the end.

The Deadline Approaches !!!!

Got a camera from school yesterday (would have said borrowed, but not sure how to spell)but after spending the whole of today trawling London's streets, for photography i'm going to have to film the first scene at my nan's tomorrow before a quck edit on Monday so I can write the final evaluation. I'm thinking about doing somthing along the lines of making breakfast as I think this would be a way of breaking people genty into the film after an intesnse opening sequence, just beware the evil toaster. They go Bang!!!

Long Time No Post

Hey sorry for not typeing for a while but I have been busy with other buisiness but have unfortunatly been brought back to earth with a bump, with all but a week left to finnish the video (I know your thinking "I thought they allready had finnished") but we had a big crit the other day and decided on how to imperove it. Basicly were going add roughly 30 seconds of the first scene for the opening sequence to nicely flow into. Im thinking maybe our main charicter waking up, getting out of bed etc. Anyway, i'll keep you posted on the on the situation, all fingers crossed. Ross :)
